yeah though look at the voting numbers. not many shares are actually traded. but watching the spread, some opportunity to cash out at a higher rate as a few persons who will intent to maintain after delisting (and can dispose off market) will be licking their lips at the prices on offer. Need prices to push up by the end date, rather than giving the shares away
