my feeling is that there needs to be an audit of the vote, as it's evident retail investors on the ASX has been swamped, likely that this share had been deliberately and strategically pushed down in advance of the delisting motion. Which could open them up to a class action.

ASX are toothless, companies know they eye is off the ball, hence they get away with it. not the first and last time that we will see it.
