The next few days are going to be critical.
April 24th is the critical date in the US. That is when the LCD decision is supposed to be final.
Question is are we going to find that Novitas is still going ahead stubbornly with its view that it cannot fund the tests or is it going to admit that the evidence of the usefulness of the tests is overwhelming and it has to give in and approve the remuneration for the test.
An announcement could be made in the next day or so. Remember that it is April 24th in the US so that means it will coincide with ANZAC Day in Australia and NZ.
A positive approval will see the share price blossom.
