It would seem some posters have no idea how the share market itself actually functions.
JCurve's share price is illiquid, has been for years. This is the first issue the company needs to address.
Actually attract investors.
No good buying $300k companies and putting them on the books without investing substantial funds to market the companies and create revenue profits.
As I see the situation the Netsuite Agency is their prime focus. Wonderful safe business with commissions rolling in. However, there is also a massive increase in overheads eg salaries/administration - to sell the Netsuite product. Result - a fixed commission rate.
Money spent on new acquisitions seems to be token at best. A new one-page website.
All I see happening is their revenue by purchasing existing small operators with Netsuite agencies in Asia.
