Mar-Jun - 90% of client applications are approved automatically, 10% need support or documents. Hired 3 more casual CS staff.
End of June, most delays are gone, but some HIN transfer delays etc still exist.
Hiring senior CS staff. Jarrod put Seek ad too - full time CS, $60-70k, Melbourne.
25 total staff including non-exec directors. Plug and play scaleable IT company. Needs good partners. ANZ, Lad Group, OM are the main ones. Seeking price benefits from increased volume. Some progress made.
