everyone needs to relax, myself included.

Directly from management nothing has changed, all we are doing is reading way too far into something we already knew - bank balance.

Every goal management have previously stated has been met and with a little basic math we would have already worked out our financial position to the end of the year.  These guys are not dumb managers, they are now inexperienced managers, and some have worked and run companies bigger than any other person here can dream of working for.  They know what they are doing from the technical side, they know how much money they need, and they will also know how much money they will need to continue, and how to access it without losing the shareholders faith.

Every publicly listed startup will have many attributes - good and bad - these are ours.

the poster @demoniaco had posted a great way to quickly evaluate 4ds i think, but should be applied to all startups (obviously when the SP moves up).
