You really think the "smart money" sells shares that they want to sell by stacking the sell side?
They are much smarter than that.
As mentioned above, the broker data shows that the shares are very often bought and sold by the same broker, ie no net sellers (since Donald stopped selling anyway). But we have seen shares move from retail holders over to institutional holders in recent times, so the fear and manipulation games seem to work, though the low volumes indictate its a slow grind to "convince" Alcidion holders that "the sky is falling".
