Ann: Q4 FY2020 Business Update and Appendix 4C, page-3

Hi all,

Today we released our Appendix 4C quarterly cash flow report and a business update for Q4 FY2020 (ended 30 June 2020). Despite challenging market conditions as the COVID-19 pandemic continued, we are pleased to deliver a healthy sales performance for the final quarter and growth in FY2020 overall.

During Q4 we signed contracts and renewals with a total value of $3.7M. These included a five-year renewal with NHS Fife to extend Patientrack across its facilities, and an initial 12-month contract signed with Sydney LHD to implement Miya Precision at rpavirtual, supporting the remote monitoring of COVID-19 patients. Furthermore, we have seen several important contracts signed in July, including two 12-month contracts with Murrumbidgee LHD to continue using Miya Precision, and a new five-year agreement with our second NHS Scotland customer, NHS Lanarkshire, to deploy Patientrack across its facilities. We also signed a two-year extension with ACT Health for support services.

From a cash perspective, we delivered an operating cash surplus of $0.25M in Q4, largely driven by a 90% quarterly increase in cash receipts. Our cash reserves remained steady at $15.9M.

We enter FY2021 with a healthy sold revenue pipeline, with $12.8M contracted to be recognised in FY2021 (a 9% increase year-on year), with an additional $17.0M to be recognised through to FY2025. While the current pandemic continues to present challenges to our market, our pipeline of potential business continues to grow. We are confident of further growth and are well-prepared to deliver on our value proposition – supporting short term COVID-19 management needs as well as the long-term digital transformation of healthcare.
