Hard to see with the noise around the logistics business and also IMOD, but from ~Jul2018 the detect business has been averaging ~$1m per month if you take out the lumpy IMOD revenues (looking at 6 monthly reports),

It looks like this financial year, that has crept up to ~1.4m per month which is not insignificant, but as I said, its hard to see when you have IMOD in there. The big question is margins and profitability....without the logistics business in there (& excl IMOD), the company overall would have been loss making, so if they can sustain the growth in Detect and also improve margins (looks like they need minimum 1-1.2m per month to get operating leverage there), then it is profitable.
