Well hard to say i think. The expansion of infrastructure should help revenue grow and lower admin costs. The expanded marketing should raise awareness as well. As we don't have a detailed timeline of cash outflows and inflows it is hard to say if the strategy is working yet. Thus i believe we need the annual report or a further cash flow report to clarify. We simply don't have enough information provided to make a good judgement call on the progress of the company
