Yep, agree with your summary of high cash outflows but you need to spend/invest to develop a good/reliable software platform and those damn software engineers aren't cheap
From their latest announcement they are definitely concentrating on improving/expanding their product line:
'Our investments are working towards creating both new products and capability to meet our rapidly growing pipeline. The new offerings form part of our well-advertised “land & expand” strategy. We are confident that these investments will add immediate and long-term value to K2F.'
Overall I think they are doing a great job and are executing exactly as they have previously indicated.
