Customers will take umbrage with this and not only complain to Quadpay but the merchant resulting in merchant resistance and churn and customer churn meaning they are reliant on new customers to replace the dissafected ones dropping off the system.
They could only get away with it for so long with so many other BNPL offerings and easy to switch and each quarter will show higher churn rates
