Company has $4.7m in cash, with that cash balance figure being 15% higher than 6 months ago, despite the company investing aggressively to drive top-line growth. And doing so in a very tough business environment.

So why would they need to raise capital?

(Given the valuation of the company, equity capital is prohibitively expensive and the Board would be hung, drawn and quartered if they raised capital here.)

As for rolling the debt over, based on the above as well as the capital-light nature of the business, this looks to me like an eminently bankable company, so refinancing should be a cinch, surely?
