you don't need to worry about the divvy. This is one aspect management gives a cast-iron guarantee on. They try to maintain capital value & they explain why this is down but will recover.
aside from massive wobbles on Wall St due to fears of Recession, the general trajectory is upwards. Interestingly, even on a massive market meltdown on Fri this one held up.
