I note that Morningstar analysts now regard the acquisition as value negative. Brings to mind an odd quirk of the Corporations law that the only substantive recourse of the owners ( shareholders) i.e you and me to show displeasure in such circumstances is to cop it or move on. Whereas the creators of the issue continue on, collecting their directors fees and salaries. Needs a rethink.
