Steady on LL. Poor judgment doesn’t make anyone a crook. He did, after all, have to persuade a board of directors, including independent members that the acquisition was a good idea. I would go so far as to say that the second highest paid ceo of an australian public company should not be making what seems to be a dud judgment.
