They continue to disappoint... Just when the share price was heading up to and down we go again.
So so full year we’re looking at 111 million in revenue with a gross profit of just over 50% at 56 million with an ebitda of 9% at around 10 million.
Revenue is slightly up and gross profit is up on last year. However overheads in relation to salaries/expenses are well up on last year, now 46.3 compared to 41.8.
They still haven’t got to grips with handling costing. Cost are rising faster then revenue and consuming a greater proportion of revenue as they scale up, should be the other way around.
To make it worst haven’t yet looked at bottom line but interest/depreciation no doubt will be higher as well so expect underlying npat to be well down on prior year.
I don’t know what going on but somewhere somehow, they need to sort it out..
