If ANZ facility is $50m, SOL can take that out and effectively become first debenture holder for whatever they are owed. If they're taking a long view on AIS assets, that sort of outcome can make sense for them if it ends up insolvent.
I haven't really been following this company as I don't have that much in it, but I'm having trouble getting my head around how they got into this situation compared with where they were a couple of years ago.
