    So for Q3 they had a "real gain" of $1.4m ARR with $0.6m of churn, unwinding discounts, FX movements = $2.0m reported ARR gain

    For Q4 it's a "real gain" of $2.4m with $0.7m of churn, unwinding discounts, FX movements = $3.1m reported ARR gain

    I agree they should be more upfront with this in their announcements. No point hiding it.

    Think okay if expenses are kept fairly low. Interesting to see full results and impact of new Philippines office.
