yes, water is disapointing. i think they are finding the sector is hard to crack with software given the critical health aspect of water and the general reluctance or conservative nature of the sector. maybe they need a different model in water that isn't purely saas. an integration partner etc. who does more than just saas, where saas just just a component of a large programme.
