We need this record quarter to be the minimum
bench mark in every quarter moving forwards…
Put 4 of these quarters together in a row and we
have a genuine company turning revenue into cash flow +
and that’s what the entire market wants to see before
EVS is likely to get itself a decent rerate. Q4 is always
the best followed by a Q1 and 2 drop off so perhaps the
market is looking ahead and factoring that in. Having said
that, in the Q3 update in 23, they advised they expect to
be earnings positive by Q3 2024 which means they must be
predicting a decent uptick in Q1 and 2 earnings this year in
order for that to come to fruition. Perhaps someone out
there who’s good with crunching numbers can work out what EVS needs
to bring in over the next 4 quarters in order to be break even as
a minimum for 2024….
