Oh the call Lee said the debt is for contingency purposes - hopefully it won't really be used.
The new product releases have basically been funded from cash reserves if you look at past 4Cs in the investing cashflow line, so unless there happens to be another cheap acquisition like RapidID, I think they will simply repay the debt when it falls due.
