This had to happen, these guys have been living the life for many years and earning rewards whilst letting Joyce create a little empire. It is right that they do this over time as there needs to be some continuity. What is missing though is it does not mention how they will find the next set of directors, or how they could have managed the business better, which make me believe the mistakes may be repeated. It is quite a messy situation and will Vanessa be allowed to go rogue like Joyce did. I still don't believe she is the right person, as she was a Joyce protégé, but time will tell.
