QAN market cap on 26th June was around $6.24 billion with roughly 1.49 billion shares at $4.19 each. This info can be found eg from asx.com.au.
Institutional Placement and Share Purchase Plan creates new shares at 372.7 M + 137 M = 509 million. If one assumes the market cap remains at $6.2 billion then here it is: $6.2 billion / 1.999 billion shares = $3.12 per share.
Always good to check, but like mentioned, there are many other factors providing input to actual share pricing like potential changes to QAN Share Purchase Plan and market sentiment and now REX possibly entering the competition of flying between AUS capital cities.
