Were talking about millions of new shares; 327 million which were offered to institutional investors and also purchased in like a matter of just one business day. So there must be some reason to this which also geas agains 'waiting until QAN hits $3'.
To my understanding institutional investors make less short buys and far less day trading than retail investors. Anyone know of other specific reasons?
One would be that predicting future is impossible. Like saying QAN will hit $3 due to institutional placement and share purchase plan.
