Could you share your insight to the reasons why institutional investors would sell their new shares at a loss? That is what your comment suggest while also making the assumption QAN will drop and remain under $3.65 or did I misunderstand what you mean...
It is looking a lot like QAN will remain under $3.65 where it dropped already today however not sure why institutional investors would sell at a loss already in next few weeks. Anyone know of any reasons?
