It is, and ScoMo doing a great job but all the Premiers - one exception is NSW - are deaf as a post and prefer to see their economies sink (although 'saved' somewhat in Queensland and WA by mining of coal and iron ore).
Tourism is in dire straits nationally, hitting Queensland, WA and Tasmania in particular, as are cafes and restaurants in Victoria.
And QAN flight schedules on some routes down to nil or very, very few each day. Heaps below what it used to be.
