Hmmm, I haven't been keeping track of REX since their announcement of moving into other routes, but yes, it does appear they have a job ahead of them. Plenty of other contenders for the E190's. Who knows, maybe we become the defacto plane provider for QAN in these turbulent times where ramp up quickly and ramp down quickly are the order of the day.
I am no expert but wouldn't the E190's suffice for short haul international flights into the Pacific/Indian and nearby Asia?
