Why does it take 6 months to handover to the incoming CEO, hasn't the outgoing CEO inflicted enough damage on the 100-year icon, (he brought it to it's knees in 2011 with a global close down, and was within 11 weeks bankruptcy post pandemic). Perhaps needs the time to collect his termination payout.
