you talked about Reduced customer satisfaction. Why? You haven’t taken anything away just added another option.
You and Barnacle talked about reduced value of points. Why? You can still buy exactly what you could before but now Plan B is more appealing. That means the points are more valuable.
if you don’t believe me look at Mickool’s post. this is exactly the situation I am describing and that the program seems to be designed for.
