It is concerning that the new program requires significantly more points (around 20% - 100% increase between off-peak & peak) to redeem seats. This increase could lead to several issues:
Reduced Consumer Satisfaction: With a much higher point requirement, many regular travellers might struggle to redeem their points for desired seats. This could lead to frustration and a decline in overall program satisfaction.
Limited Accessibility: A more point requirement might be unrealistic for many travellers who don't accumulate points as frequently. This could make the program less accessible to a broader customer base.
Apart from flying to Fiji in off-peak period there isn't much to attract more customer.
