Yep. Borders will open. The longer you lock people up the more they want to get out. Expecting a flood a people to fly domestically if travel bubble allowed for big events like footy. hotspots should declare and face a hefty fine and agree to self-quarantine but even better lock down those hotspots like what Vic is doing. Border restrictions will be removed and if it needs to be don’t through the high court then so be it. The state premiers like McGowan have a made it a political agenda.
