For Cancelled flights, lost luggage and serious disruptions Alan Joyce attributes blame to customers expectations of Qantas but accepted no responsibility for Qantas failures.
That ignorant, hackneyed lack of accountability smoke screen by service providers to shift the blame to presumable higher expectations of others than the provider itself either aspires to or has has failed to deliver is stupid, pathetic and an affront.
