The buyback of 'up to $400 million' will be criticised by many. Truly odd given the company's financial performance continues to be extremely sub-optimal, even though Australian taxpayers have heavily subsidised the company.
It's time for the whole Board, woke CEO and overpaid senior management to seriously consider their futures.
QAN is no longer the 'national carrier' given that more of us choose the superior service and lack of wokism of competitor international airlines when flying to and from Australia.
