The last two are 'maintain brand and reputation' and 'employee sentiment' for which in relation to FY 23 QAN merely says 'recovery plan in progress'. It also claims its Net Promoter Score, while 'impacted', was 'maintained premium to competitor' (meaning Virgin Australia). and 'long term brand preference' remained stable.
Notably it doesn't reveal what its NPS is in August 2022. Has it become negative?
