I found it hilarious that QAN states its 'net promoter score is recovering' and that its 'brand performance' has 'stablised.'
What planet are these highly remunerated QAN executives on?
The only organisation in Australia to have suffered an equally dramatic fall in recent reputation has been Victoria Police, for vastly different reasons.
