Holden was not a profitable business and was costing the government billions to prop up.
Qantas is a profitable global carrier ... it should be saved ... happy to see the government take some ownership in it as a financial backer.
Excuse my ignorance but how much time can they ride out this storm before they need financial assistance or is that just too hard to work out at the moment ?
