The only Australians who'll travel under such circumstances (assuming where required, they have an exemption to depart from Oz) are those visiting friends and relatives or individuals returning to their normal abode in NZ. Again, hadrly the route to QAN having good load factors on its aircraft and achieiving profitability on a flight.
