Kind of like saying why bother with the captain on an ocean liner as any idiot can steer it from one port to another .
Whilst many of the decisions being made are pretty simple and logical there are many other factors to be considered behind the curtain ...... I'm no fan of AJ but he proved me wrong in the past when i called him a DH and he posted record profits and guided the company to a strong position by concentrating company efforts of the FF program and implementing structural changes throughout the business . Yes he has made a ridiculous amount of money from the company but he also stepped up when covid hit and took a massive pay cut ( i believe at one stage he wasn't drawing a wage at all ) and he pushed the other big wigs in the company to follow his example and work for what in the business world amounts to peanuts .
