I'm trying to understand QAN's move and whether it is short term or long term. Obviously there is very little demand for international travel ATM. When borders re-open you would expect there will be massive demand.
Is this a sign of QAN thinking they will not be able to meet demand anyway - so why pay for business that will come anyway?
Alternatively do they think demand will not resume at previous levels and they want to manage margins?
