When it next has to refinance a portion of this, QAN will be highly likely to pay an increased interest rate.
Its fleet continues to age, and it has yet to pay for all the shiny new aircraft it has ordered.
Having sold off the family silverware such as terminals and excess land at Sydney Airport, it has few if any remaining assets to sell.
I am not an accountant but those who are may in time be able to see examples of 'creative accounting' in the books, drilling down among notes to the accounts.
