Qantas dips into profits for $80m customer improvements (msn.com)
All this extra spend to overcome the mismanagement by the former CEO and that inept Board, should be reclaimed from previous remuneration and bonuses. Recent media reports as to the QAN Chairman is remunerated to the extent of more than $700,000 for a part time role, and more than $400,000 for those part time Board members to rubber stamp the destruction strategy wreaked by the former CEO.
Scandalous.
