Another layer of management, seems as though they will end up with duplicated management thus adding costs?
Similar set up to Virgin? Able to tie up with Emirates as hinted by the AFR?
From memory, Qantas have done this before without success. I also thought the government put Qantas and Australian Airlines together to increase efficiencies so this seems like a step back?
I'm not sure what to make of this one. Either way it has taken the focus of yesterday's news.
