Do you guys not understand what a scrip offer is?? They are not getting 1 QAN share for each AQZ share, they are receiving $4.752 of QAN shares for every AQZ share. Essentially this is they are paying $4.752 for each AQZ share. This does not mean QAN is issuing shares at $4.75... Gosh you see ignorant advice on here....
