Apparenetly $25mill claim found against qbe. The lawer firm will be using this to spring board a massive claim(Only in the country of litigation). Still FYI there is an oral argument to be presented in florida supreme court regarding another case.
Case number sc09-441 if you are interested in wasting a few hours reading legal arguments.
