re: Ann: QBE announces major terms of share p... Well the SPP is at $20-50 and close on 5/12 was $24-83. So one would be inclined to take up as many as you could with a $4 plus per share head start. I'm happy to chase the full $5k worth, but would expect to get scaled back - maybe to half that.
