Regarding number of shares that 'shouldn't matter.' 0.1 cent change on a share of 5 cents is considerable. 0.1 cent change on a share worth 50 cents or $5 much less meaningful. A share hike following our recent positive announcements followed by a share consolidation makes sense to me.
