Having said that sometimes directors expect some announcements to put a rocket under the share price and in reality the reception from the market is luke warm. If Legand is not entitled to those phosphate assets that could be good in theory share price should reflect $31m being current market cap $6m + plus the purported $25m value of the phosphate tenements alternatively Legand might not have much legal chance of getting those tenements so a pay out of $1-2m to go away might be better than nothing.
