Absolutely, but will depend on the size of the vessel, tidal range at the berth etc. The berth pocket is 195m long or something, so you would require a bulkie much smaller than a handymax to achieve this. I don't think that they would muck around by turning the vessel though, as port handling costs for pilots, tugs, line boats etc would start to add up.
