Do they have an existing revenue stream? if so how much? Does this add to our overall value immediately?
Lots of questions that I can research but it would be nice to see some nuts and bolts details as without them I have no idea if we overpaid, got a bargain, made a fair deal.
All I know is that my shares just got devalued slightly (as far as % of QBL I own) so it would be nice to know if my '$' value went up, down or about the same.
Until we get those figures and more eg extra overhead costs, 1 off costs we need to cover etc it's hard to know if this is a good thing.
